Job Description $15,000 sign-on bonus available for external
candidates with a minimum of 2yr RN experience! Relocation
assistance is also offered for eligible candidates relocating 50
miles. Join Baylor The Heart Hospital Dallas as a Registered Nurse
in the Cardiac ICU and be part of something better! Patient
Population: Post cardiotomy, cardiology Interventional, Post
Vascular Surgical/Interventional, Advanced heart Failure. Cardiac
ICU – CABG, CRRT, Impella, Swan, AIBP, etc. This unit operates as a
Cardiac Universal Bed (CUB) in that they have Cardiac ICU and
Cardiac Telemetry patients. All nurses on the unit must be
comfortable caring for both. Required Experience: Candidates MUST
have minimum of 1yr of true, recent ICU RN experience. Shift: FT |

will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a
professional practice model. Your responsibilities include patient
assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and
assessing patient responses. What You'll Do - You, as an RN, will
conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and
family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust

EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program - MAJOR - Nursing -
EXPERIENCE Candidates MUST have minimum of 1yr of true, recent ICU
RN experience. - CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered
Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of
hire or transfer. QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - Grad of an
Accredited Program - MAJOR - Nursing - EXPERIENCE Candidates MUST
have minimum of 1yr of true, recent ICU RN experience. -
