personal growth. The Senior Manager Network Operations oversees the
Chiefs of Network and Network Superintendents as part of the
Network Operations Control (NOC) Team. This role collaborates with
other NOC Leaders and Dispatch to provide tactical direction in
ensuring operational execution to the highest level of Safety
according to the Southwest Airlines Operations Specifications,
Federal Aviation Regulations, Code of Federal Regulations, and
Southwest Airlines Manual System. This Senior Manager Network
Operations is excited to step into this new space, learn and
develop their expertise each day, and help pilot Southwest

- Guide and lead Team Members using SWA talent management
practices to coach, develop, and engage Employees

- Preside over all aspects of Network Operations including but
not limited to, the establishment and modification of all policies,
procedures, and training pertaining to the Network Operations
- Collaborate with other departments as it relates to NOC
strategy and actions
- Audit Employee job performance to ensure accuracy and
compliance with Company policies and government regulations
- Participate in the implementation of the Emergency Response
initiatives
- Government and industry meetings to develop new processes
- Ensure Company performance metrics are met
- Collaborate with others on changes in policy to the
Superintendents of Dispatch through the creation and distribution
of Read before Dispatch bulletins and other guidelines
- Provide Leadership and direction of the Network Operations
Control office to execution of the daily schedule is operated
safely and maintained efficiently
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Network Operations
guidelines, federal regulations, and Company policies
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in
strategic planning, resource allocation and leadership
technique
- Knowledge of FAA and DOT regulations
- Knowledge of forecasting and strategic planning
- Skilled in effective communicator with excellent written, oral,
and presentation skills
- Skilled in inspiring confidence among Employees, Peers, Company
Leadership, and throughout internal and external organizations
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths
and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to work extended hours based on operational needsPay &
Benefits:Competitive market salary from $151.4 - 168.2K per
year*Depending on qualifications and experience.For eligible
