Job Purpose/Summary:The AR staff accountant will be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of the Company's sales transactions, cash receipts, and cancellations. Responsibilities Include:

• Manages cash applications and creates cash receipts for all incoming checks, ACH and Wire transfers.
• Performs an analysis on cash and credit card transactions to ensure proper allocation for all payment transactions
• Prepares daily analysis of cash balances
• Prepares daily reconciliation of prior day sales and inventory activity
• Assists with the month-end close process and completion of related balance sheet reconciliations
• Executes timely completion of invoice cancellations and refunds
• Processes cash deposits and assists with monthly bank reconciliations
• Assists with audit requests
• Completes various ad-hoc requests on an as needed basis

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Strong of Microsoft Excel skills a must
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, a plus
  • Attention to details & accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good common sense and sound judgment
  • A quick learner with great initiative Experience: - 0-2 years of related experience Education: - BA or BS in Accounting
