Job Description:

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Supervisor- Finance in Irving, TX.This individual will be responsible for securing expert resources internal to client and consultants. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Leading the design and implementation process in finance for the sheet, plate, and structural divisions including inventory valuation and costing, financial reporting and controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, projects, and fixed assets. Serving as key point of contact between division leadership and the team. Working with division leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.Candidate should display:

• Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to develop team and create a collaborative work environment
• Proven knowledge across various financial areas and procedures, internal controls, reporting requirements, and an in-depth understanding of how processes impact profitability
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, and a proven ability to act with courage and work effectively with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrates ability to listen and effectively communicate across all levels of the enterprise
• Ability to work in fast paced, high-pressure environment; meet deadlines, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks; and demonstrate a high level of organization
• Ability to create and implement processes and systems that drive the operation to generate desired results
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 50%Minimum Qualifications:
  • The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in accounting, business, or related field
  • 2 years experience in accounting, finance, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:
    • MBA, CPA, or CMA
    • Prior leadership experience
