Head of Accounting / Finance Operations - Remote role - US We are looking for a Head of accounting leader for US. Experience with Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Treasury and Taxes. Experience on the IT, consulting industry is preferred.

• Ability to work with people in multiple geographies / locations Accounting
  • Reviewing of MEC complex entries
  • Review Closing File for the companies/LE
  • Manage the audit process
  • Attend and contribute the non-standard JE monthly close call
  • Resolve any confirmations from other entities (IC confirmations from auditors)
  • Quarterly Financial Review Accounts Payable
    • Escalations, 1099s, 1042s
    • Approve pay runs for AP
    • Approve T&E Escalations/manage the process Treasury/Accounts Receivable
      • Review submission of cash forecast for group, at the end of the periods, attend calls when needed.
      • Sign physical checks, 2ndary approval in banking systems
      • Weekly Cash Calls with the account teams Tax
        • Make sure the Tax filings are completed on time
        • Make sure that the Tax team provides the required information to the parties involved to complete the Tax filings General
          • Approve POS for all cost center (Accounting, AP, AR, Tax, etc)
          • Secondary approvals for payroll when CFO is unable to approve in time
          • SCB/LIC process issues, escalations
          • Weekly Procurement/Finance meetings to enhance processes or solve issues that arise in the P2P process
