Do it here.What you'll be doing... The role of the SOX & Compliance
Focal Point will be to own the Information Security Compliance
management in planning, implementing and maintaining the IT
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program, testing, managing IT/System/Process
Owners evidence deliverables and remediation activities. Assist
with quality assurance of all IT General Controls and Business
Controls through assessment, walkthroughs, and audits to ensure
operational effectiveness of the controls.
Managing, assessing and remedy the
effectiveness of internal IT controls over financial reporting
across the Corporate Systems Group.Assisting with monitoring the
control environment to ensure that controls are operational and
in-line with established policies and procedures, and controls
methodology Identify risks and gaps.Formulating recommendations for
mitigating risk areas and implementing process improvements for
business.Providing risk metrics to management regarding audit
performance and findings.Assisting control owners with root cause
analysis and tracking risk management action plan.Investigating,
help design, and implement methods to automate SOX controls.Working
closely with Internal Audit, Finance, IT, and business partners,
and will be involved in steering committees to ensure strict
compliance with IT relevant sections of the Sarbanes-Oxley.Where
you'll be working...In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work
location that includes work from home and assigned office days set
by your manager.
What we're looking for... You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more
years of work experience.Four or more years of relevant work
experience.Experience in IT SOX audits.Even better if you have one
or more of the following:
A degree.Certifications: Certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems
Security Professional (CISSP), SAP Certification.Knowledge of SOX
compliance, the User Access Review and Segregation of Duties
processes.Knowledge of IT operations.Cloud Platform
experience.Experience in providing recommendations and technical
