Job DescriptionThe role of the Member Accounts Receivable Specialist requires a motivated individual who is looking to partner with an industry leading Fortune 7 company. The Member Accounts Receivable Specialist position is part of our Revenue Cycle team. In this role, the Member Accounts Receivable Specialist will play an important part of the department's ongoing success related to customer service, cash management and member satisfaction. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and members. As a Member Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:Contact members about their unpaid mail co-pay balances. You will also be assisting the member with any questions that they have on their mail order account. You will assist with refilling pharmacy medications over the phone for the member.You will manage an assigned monitor of member accounts. The monitor will consist of thousands of members. Each member will vary in terms of revenue. The specific assignment of members will be at the discretion of the Senior Finance Manager and/or Finance Manager and based on the overall needs of the department.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the top four or five primary responsibilities of the position in the space provided below, indicating the most important functions first and the approximate percentage of time spent on each.Responsibilities % Time1.
