Job Description:

BGSF is partnered with a private equity backed mid-market logistics company to find a Controller. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for overseeing the month-end close, cash management, team supervision, and working directly with the PE firm. Lots of opportunities for process improvements and a possible ERP implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company, offering a strong culture, and working with a wonderful team. To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant business related degree
CPA preferred
10+ years working at large publicly traded companies or private equity backed companies highly preferred
Experience working directly with private equity teams
Experience with process improvements and ERP implementations
