Job Description:
Description In this role you will receive dedicated training,
mentoring and career development with the opportunity for promotion
to a Tech Senior Auditor role on one of our Internal Audit teams in
the future, based on performance and demand. As an Internal Audit
Associate on the Internal Audit Technology team you will build
diversified experiences working with the firm’s Internal Audit
technology teams including assignments in Cybersecurity, Global
Tech Infrastructure, Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial Banking,
Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking,
Corporate Functions and Internal Audit Practices. You will perform
continuous monitoring of business applications and information
systems and assess emerging trends impacting the control
environment, communicate audit findings to management and identify
opportunities for improvement in the design and effectiveness of
key controls. Internal Audit is an independent function at JPMorgan
Chase that aims to enhance and protect the firm by providing
risk-based and objective assurance, advice and insight. We work

Job responsibilities Participate in audit activities from planning
to reporting by engaging with colleagues and stakeholders to
evaluate and report on the design and operating effectiveness of
management’s controls Monitor key risk indicators, significant
change activities and escalation of emerging technology issues to
management in a timely fashion. Stay up-to-date with evolving
technology changes and market events impacting technology
processes. Establish strong relationships with management and in
technology, related control groups such as Risk Management,
Compliance, and Audit colleagues. Accelerate your career
development by participating in immersive learning, coaching and
mentoring opportunities. Seek efficiencies in the audit process
through automation Work with large datasets and leverage data to
monitor key risk indicators Required qualifications, capabilities,
and skills 2 years of internal or external IT auditing experience,
or relevant experience Bachelor's degree (or related technology or
audit experience) in Information Systems, Software Engineering /
Technology, Computer Science or related discipline Understanding of
internal control concepts with the ability to evaluate and
determine the adequacy of control design and operating
effectiveness Experience effectively and efficiently executing
audit testing and complete audit workpaper documentation Adaptive
to changing business priorities and ability to multitask in a
constantly changing environment Understanding of technology
concepts such as software delivery lifecycle, cybersecurity,
network, infrastructure, etc. Preferred qualifications,
capabilities, and skills Related professional certification such as
CISA, CISSP, Cloud AWS/Azure, Etc. Knowledge of coding, data
analytics and/or distributed technologies Prior experience with Big
4 accounting firm and/or internal audit department in financial
services industry
