Job Description:
As a Manager of Asset Management Risk at Fidelity Investments,
you will lead a team dedicated to identifying, assessing, and
mitigating risks associated with our asset management functions.
This role is crucial in safeguarding our portfolio and ensuring
compliance with global financial regulations, thus securing the
integrity and performance of Fidelity's investment offerings.
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies for
asset management. Analyze and report on market, credit, and
operational risks to senior stakeholders. Oversee risk assessment
processes, including the use of quantitative tools for risk
measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align risk
management strategies with overall business objectives. Stay
updated with global financial regulations and ensure compliance
across all asset management activities. Manage and mentor a team of
risk analysts and specialists. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Expertise in quantitative risk assessment
tools and software Excellent leadership and team management
