Job Description:

Job Summary: My client is currently looking for an experienced Office Clerk. Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. Assists executive assistants and secretaries by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies. Job Responsibilities: Individual must have experience within an office environment Be comfortable working with office equipment Be able to operate MS Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel and PP) Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains billing logs May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required Must have basic Microsoft Office experience Qualified candidate must be able to process mail and distribute in a timely manner Performs a variety of tasks such as copying, scanning documents and projects Sets up conference rooms and does stocking when needed Must be able to walk/stand long periods of time and lift up to 50-55lbs Legal Documents such as Drivers License must be available if employment is offered Candidate must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
