Position: Mortgage Loan Processor Position Overview: Mortgage Loan
Processor will be responsible for performing a variety of loan
documentation duties on complex loan packages and ensure compliance
with policies and procedures for loan products. Processing
Functions include: processing, closing and compliance for loan
products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant
information, property and documentation; ordering all required
verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups; processor
will manage an assigned pipeline of loans. Requirements: ? 2 years
of Loan Processing experience dealing with high volume processing ?
Proficient in automated underwriting tools ? Detail oriented ? Good
computer knowledge-paperless environment ? Excellent customer
service and communication skills ? Candidates must be available to
work outside of normal business hours when necessary ??? ???*
NMLS-MLO Licensure a plus
