Job Description:
Reporting to our Director of Marketing Analytics, you will play
a key role in increasing our profits through advanced data science
analytics in Marketing, focusing on customer acquisition, customer
retention and customer lifetime value. You will be the senior
analyst, on a fast-paced and growing team of data science analysts,
that is making an immediate impact across the entire company. This
is a wonderful opportunity for a talented person to take his/her

other data science analysts and managing fintech projects to help
solve a wide variety of business opportunities. As a Senior Data
Scientist - Marketing Analytics (aka Senior Marketing Analytics
Analyst), you have the flexibility to work fully remote from your
home office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing Direct Mail campaign strategies and
analytics
- Work closely with the Marketing team to manage media channels
by monitoring trends, extracting and analyzing data, identifying
opportunities, developing and presenting recommendations,
implementing the strategies and measuring the impact
- Work closely with the Marketing team to devise, test, and
analyze Marketing programs related to loyalty, lead-buying,
referral incentives, personalization of messaging
- Design, read, and report on marketing optimization tests for
channels including Direct Mail, TV, Paid Search, Online Display,
Paid Social, Email, and Radio
- Identify, analyze, and produce recommendations for strategies
surrounding the Lead's Website and Customer Portal
- Learn about, and leverage, Adtech/Martech capabilities via
vendor research, training, and use case development
- Identify, support, and implement new projects related to the
overall improvement of Marketing business processes, serving as a
key stakeholder for all aspects of the Marketing Analytics project
life cycle (design, development, testing, implementation,
monitoring)
- Successfully manage and complete multiple concurrent projects
efficiently
- Develop actionable reports for use by the senior leadership
team
- Evaluate and quantify current and future marketing strategies
and opportunities
- Successfully manage and complete multiple concurrent projects
without losing focusRequirements
- BS in an analytical field such as Statistics, Econometrics,
Applied Mathematics, or highly quantitative engineering (e.g.,
Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- 4+ years of analytics experience
- 2+ years of testing, analyzing and optimization of
consumer-facing websites for online conversion
- Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis tools such as
Python, R, SAS and/or SQL
- Demonstrated experience in building response and/or propensity
models
- Demonstrated experience with direct mail prescreen process
- Demonstrated experience analyzing customer behavior, creating
customer segmentation and/or creating targeted treatment
strategies
- Demonstrated success using performance-based marketing ROI
analysis to drive decisions and strategy
- Demonstrated ability to explain analytical concepts and results
to business leaders
- Great verbal and written communicator
- Capitalistic mindset supported by a strong business acumen and
work ethic
- Technology acumen
- Demonstrated ability to explain and utilize business value of
projects
- Local (Dallas/Fort Worth area) candidates only - no
relocation
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States

- Master's Degree
- Project Management Experience
- 2+ years of consumer credit experience
- Understanding of credit bureau data and credit performance
- People Management Experience
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling or similar statistical
