Lead Generation Manager is responsible for supporting our Inside
Sales Team with a steady stream of lead-generating campaigns with a
heavy emphasis on email nurture. As such, he/she will create,
manage, track and report on each campaign. The Lead Generation
Manager is responsible for ensuring that each email has a
compelling message and CTA optimized to resonate with the target
audience and maximize lead generation. In addition to effectively
promoting a given product or solution, each email must align with
the Company's overall Brand narrative and messaging strategy. The
Lead Generation Manager will work closely with the Inside Sales
Team and the Product Marketers to create campaign content. He/she
will be responsible for managing all email lists and for
publicizing a prioritized schedule with each campaign and its
associated content. He/she will identify and address any technical
issues that may arise during a campaign, and will monitor campaign
performance going forward, making any necessary adjustments.Each
week, the Lead Generation Manager will generate campaign KPI
reports, present the campaign data and analysis to Sales, and
recommend enhancements to drive improved performance in future
campaigns.The Lead Generation Manager must work well under pressure
and be able to juggle multiple tasks while consistently meeting
