As a TXU Energy Digital Media Associate II, you'll manage display and paid social campaigns, including media planning, performance optimization, and a robust test and learn agenda. You will create reports & presentations that detail key results from digital media campaigns and testing initiatives. You'll also collaborate with key stakeholders and agency partners to achieve aggressive sales outcomes and lead media testing and optimization efforts.

A Day in The Life Of A Digital Media Associate II:

  • Support new campaigns and product launches across all brands & collaborate closely with stakeholders to generate leads and sales.
  • Lead media planning process with agency partners and internal teams across media, analytics, and brand.
  • Independently manage overarching campaign performance, including media channel and tactic performance. Optimize ROI of digital channels to ensure sales targets are met and media spend is properly allocated.
  • Test, track and analyze digital advertising to increase awareness, consideration, and leads/sales.
  • Work with key stakeholders across analytics to develop or improve ad reporting infrastructure as needed.
  • Own digital media testing process including test calendar, ideation, briefing process, and results reporting.
  • Develop and present key results on a monthly basis to internal teams.What You Will Need:
    • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in digital media.
    • Demonstrate performance excellence that encompasses best practices for media planning and managing performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Experience managing projects with external vendors & agencies.
    • Working knowledge of key marketing financial drivers.
    • Excellent organizational, communication and inter-personal skills and must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
    • Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above skills.What Business Results You Will Drive:
      • Drive leads to web and meet sales conversion goals, including ROI metrics.
      • Meet sales targets for brands for digital advertising campaigns.
      • Meet efficient cost-per-lead targets & cost-per-acquisition targets for display and paid social campaigns.
