Job Description ACE Cash Express is seeking a CRM Manager to assist with the strategy, creation, execution, and analysis of multi-channel, customer lifecycle programs. This position reports to the Senior Manager, CRM. Duties and Responsibilities· Manage all aspects of email, SMS, push, and in-app campaign production under tight deadlines with accuracy, including:o Scheduling, setup, testing, and deploymento Segmentation and targetingo Deliverability monitoring and campaign reporting· Become an expert in our CRM platform and tools: Oracle-Responsys Interact Suite, Litmus, Return Path and UnsubCentral· Compile, track and analyze campaign performance, as well as subscriber growth and CRM health metrics· Manage the email marketing calendar to ensure organizational alignment and timely email deployments· Assist with list management: importing, exporting, segmenting, setting up recurring jobs, etc.· Collaborate with marketing team to develop, implement, manage, and optimize consumer messaging for all products· Work cross-functionally with product managers, IT, channel managers, operations, analytics, and external partners to execute projects· Analyze messaging performance and make improvements to lifecycle communications· Drive revenue and improve ROI on marketing email and transactional email campaigns· Support the marketing team in the development of new business materials, presentations and proposals· Serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing trends, technologies, and compliance (including CAN-SPAM and TCPA) Qualification and Requirements · Bachelor’s degree (Concentration in marketing, communications or business preferred)· 3-5 years of experience managing email and SMS marketing programs· Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environment · Detail and results-oriented with excellent follow through· Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-changing environment· Expresses feedback in a positive manner· Willing to question status quo in order to improve marketing programs Knowledge & Skills: · Experience with several email service providers and/or cross-channel campaign management platforms (Oracle-Responsys a plus)· Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite· Strong project management skills· Experience using Google Analytics· A strategic and creative thinker with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities· Working knowledge of HTML and email coding best practices a plus· Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Take responsibility for actions and ownership over tasks and duties· Desire to take initiative· Passion for efficiency and always finding ways to improve processes Physical Demands The position is required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands, and to have appropriate vision to see up close and at a distance with ability to adjust vision and focus. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds. May require some overtime work.
