Job Description Job Description Position Description: Join the team that keeps Rancho Serenidad beautiful.Were looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to maintain the outdoor spaces and homes of Rancho Serenidada luxury-built single-family home community in Burleson, TX.If you enjoy working outdoors, utilizing a variety of maintenance skills, and being part of high performing team, this is your opportunity to work in one of the areas most desirable residential communities.________________________________________Your Role:In the summer season, your primary responsibilities will be Lawn Care Maintenance, performing the following job functions: Perform regular mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing of common areas and green spaces. Remove trash from grounds and maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. Maintain lush, healthy turf by identifying and addressing weeds, pests, and lawn stress. Apply fertilizers and treatments with precision and safety. Monitor, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including heads, timers, and valves. Keep the grounds in top shape year-round, including seasonal planting, leaf cleanup, and storm debris removal.Other responsibilities throughout the year include: Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues promptly Schedules and performs minor and routine maintenance on all appropriate equipment regularly. Inspects condition and maintains inventory of all tools. Change locks and make keys. Maintains an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials to handle the most common repairs and situations. Identify all utility meter cut-offs, home and fixture cut-offs, and sewer cleanouts. Performs work area clean-up; keeps maintenance shop clean, organized, and secure. Ensure all storage areas and community offices are locked and secure when not in use. Address customers professionally, providing excellent customer service Coordinate with contractors and vendors when necessary Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally Report known issues of safety, resident violations, and community repair needs to management to be addressed. Conduct meter readings and submit accurate reports Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required Performs additional duties assigned by the community manager or management. Represent Rancho Serenidads standard of excellence with every task you perform.________________________________________Were Looking For:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn care, turf maintenance, or landscaping.2. Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance and repair in the areas of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.4. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional appearance. 5. Valid driver's license required.
