Job Description:
Plan and execute project preconstruction activities in
partnership with subcontractors. Foster collaboration among
subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to identify
and resolve issues related to materials or construction methods.
Oversee progress to ensure alignment with project specifications
and adherence to established schedules. Client Details Our client's

daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring
compliance with safety regulations and healthcare standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and
subcontractors to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
Manage project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and
within budget. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality,
safety, and adherence to design specifications. Maintain effective
communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on
progress and addressing concerns. Ensure proper documentation of
all project activities, including progress reports, safety
meetings, and compliance records. Train and supervise on-site
staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork. Profile 15 years
of experience Ground up experience required Experience in
healthcare, commercial or similar project type required Experience
with Microsoft Excel, Word, FastTrack, as well as other software
platforms OSHA certified required Strong interpersonal and written
