Job Description Job Description Senior Estimator Job Title: Senior Estimator Job Location: Richardson, TX Salary: $130k-$160k bonus, benefits, vehicle, etc. Requirements: 7 Years Experience as Construction Estimator on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Municipal, K-12, Industrial, etc. This is a full time/permanent position with a well established (300-person) General Contractor with a wide range of commercial projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Estimators to prepare detailed estimates for ground-up commercial and Municipal projects. What You Need for this Position - 7 Years Experience as Construction Estimator projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Industrial, Municipal, or related - Proficiency in estimating software - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
