The ideal candidate will bring expertise in various plumbing tasks ranging from simple repairs to complex installations and will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our plumbing services. Read blueprints and understand building codes and regulations. Install, repair, and maintain water, gas, and other piping systems in residential and commercial environments. Inspect and diagnose issues to determine necessary installations or repairs. Collaborate with the construction team to integrate plumbing with overall building design. Ensure compliance with safety policies and environmental regulations. Manage supplies and materials, ensuring availability and proper use of resources. Communicate with clients, providing clear and detailed information regarding plumbing solutions. Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment Strong knowledge of building codes related to plumbing Ability to handle plumbing emergencies Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Physical stamina and the ability to work in different environments Valid plumbing license Certification in health and safety training is advantageous
