Job Description Job Description Estimator About the Role: Seeking a detail driven Estimator to support pricing and preconstruction efforts for high quality custom homes in the Dallas market. This role works closely with in house design, architecture, and construction teams to produce accurate estimates aligned with a premium, design focused build process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects Perform quantity takeoffs and review architectural, interior, and structural plans Solicit, compare, and level subcontractor bids Assist with value engineering options and pricing alignment with design intent Maintain cost data, estimate logs, and preconstruction documentation Support project managers and designers during design development and budgeting Qualifications: 3 years residential construction estimating experience (custom preferred) Strong understanding of materials, trades, and luxury home construction standards Ability to read full plan sets and collaborate with designers and architects Proficient with estimating software and Excel Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple bids at once Why This Opportunity: Work inside a fully integrated design-build environment with in house designers and construction teams Contribute to high end custom homes across top Dallas neighborhoods Join a company known for craftsmanship, communication, and client focused building Clear path for growth into senior estimating or preconstruction leadership Benefits - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
