Affluent includes Wells Fargo At WorkSM, which partners with our business customers to provide financial education resources for their employees that may help them achieve their financial goals through virtual or in-person workshops and on-demand webinars. The program is also offered for participating educational institutions to support their students, faculty, and staff.
  • Branch Banking serves more than 70 million consumer and small business customers through a distribution network consisting of approximately 4,900 retail banking branches, complemented by online and digital channels, and a network of 13,000 ATMs across 36 states and Washington, D.C. Branch Banking includes the regions, Branch Banking Operations and Supervision, and Consumer Banking National Business Development.Are you an exceptional coach? Join the Affluent Segment Virtual Coaching Team within Wells Fargo Community Banking. This is a senior individual contributor role dedicated to the success of Wells Fargo's Affluent Strategy focused on the Principles for New Premier Bankers coaching program. The coaching program provides a structured, consistent onboarding approach to improve understanding of a branch premier banker's expectations for delivering effective relationship management and deepening customer relationships; all while maintaining life/work balance. Branch premier bankers will be shown by their coach how to execute on the expected activities by modeling for them what good examples look like or sound like, and then allowing them the opportunity to skill practice.Principles for New Premier Banker Coach Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide 1:1 virtual coaching to Premier Bankers, their Branch Managers, Financial Advisor partners and collaborate with their Business Manager in alignment with the Principles New Premier Bankers Onboarding program expectations, to achieve sustainable development, enhance partnerships and create accountability
    • Analyze performance trends, identify developmental needs, provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance
    • Facilitates interactive virtual workshops and presentations to establish knowledge needed for the premier banker role
    • Serves as a subject matter expert on affluent segment tools and resources as part of premier banker onboarding
    • Acts as a business partner in providing necessary tools and resources to Premier Bankers, Financial Advisors, Branch Managers, District Managers and Area Managers to strengthen affluent partnershipSelected candidate will be required to work within one of the following Wells Fargo locations: Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; St. Louis Park, MN; Phoenix, AZ. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.Required Qualifications
      • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, marketing, or financial consultingDesired Qualifications

        • FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
        • 3+ years of experience coaching and developing a team
        • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
        • Experience in coaching and influencing management, as well as experience with the affluent or high net worth customer segment
        • Knowledge and understanding of sales and service processes and procedures; preferably for Wells Fargo Community Bank and Regional Bank Line of Business
        • Experience facilitating and delivering training or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
        • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
        • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
        • A BA/BS degree or higher in business or financeJob Expectations
          • Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
          • Registration for FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) must be completed within a 90 or 180-day time period contingent upon number of license(s) needed if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. This will be communicated at time of offer acceptance
