Guidepost Montessori is hiring a Lead Montessori Teacher at the Infant (Nido) level as we expand our infant program in Irving, TX. We are an international organization of over 100 schools serving children from the ages of birth to twelve years old and we are on a mission to mainstream Montessori education. In this Lead Guide role, you'll create and lead a model infant classroom with tons of support from our peer mentors. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.

  • Obtained or willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for 0-3 years old (preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)
  • Have experience with the appropriate age group in a group setting, such as daycare, aftercare or nursery
