sales and customer service to T-Mobile Government customers.
Motivate and mentor team members to consistently succeed.
Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation,
strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent
management, results focus and inspirational leadership.Meet or
exceed overall appointment quota expectations for your assigned
team.Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings and performance
updates.Increase market share and exceed performance
targets.Implement key operational initiatives while maintaining
high ethical and procedural standards.Conduct ongoing
mentoring/coaching.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as
assigned by business management as needed.Train and develop a staff
of 10 experts. Ensure team members obtain the appropriate training
and support to best apply their skills and knowledge on the

Diploma/GEDBachelor's DegreeExperience2-4 yearsExperience
