School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity is available for a licensed school psychologist to
provide essential support within a K-12 educational environment in
Denton, TX. Serving part-time at two elementary schools, this
contract position offers a meaningful role in assessing and
supporting students' psychological and educational needs. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
for students Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD)
meetings Prepare detailed reports based on assessments and
evaluations Collaborate with educators and staff to develop
individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide consultation to
teachers and parents regarding student progress and needs
Qualifications: Valid Texas School Psychologist License is required
Experience working in K-12 schools, preferably elementary level
Strong knowledge of educational law and special education processes
Excellent communication and report-writing skills Ability to manage
caseload efficiently within a part-time schedule Location and
Hours: Position based onsite in Denton, Texas Part-time, 20 hours
per week with potential consideration for full-time hours if needed
