Job Description:
Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Manager, Vehicle Services Training to join our Training &
Development team. This role is instrumental in developing and
deploying training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge
of professionals across our vehicle services division. The
successful candidate will design, implement, and oversee training
initiatives that support the operational efficiency and service
quality of our automotive services, aligning with Cox Automotive's
mission to streamline automotive operations for car manufacturers,
dealers, and buyers. Develop and implement training strategies that
align with industry standards and company goals Evaluate the
effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed to improve
outcomes Partner with various departments to assess training needs
and develop solutions Lead and mentor a team of training
professionals, providing guidance and support in their role
Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in automotive training and
development Ensure compliance with industry regulations and
standards within all training modules Strong expertise in training
and development methodologies Excellent leadership and management
skills Proficiency in designing curriculum and learning materials
Ability to analyze data to assess program effectiveness Knowledge
of the automotive industry and its operational standards Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or
Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
