Zyston is currently looking for an Information Security Engineer
for a Direct Hire opportunity.
At Zyston, we provide more than just alert detection. We provide
end to end security solutions designed to drive improvements to the
overall security maturity of the organization. The Client Security
Program Architect (Info Sec Engineer / Program Architect) is the
center piece of the solution. Each CSPA is embedded into our
client's environments and is charged with driving security maturity
This person will be instrumental in Architecting clients' Security
This person MUST have SentinelOne Endpoint Security experience as
well as Vulnerability Management experience.
Using current industry threat landscape knowledge, identify,
document and drive improvements to client's security posture
Develop and/or improve upon client's corporate security policy,
i.e. acceptable use, network traffic, access control, etc.
Configuration Baselining: Identify and drive security hardening
improvements to client's security technology stack
Liaison between Zyston security professionals and client's IT
staff, responding to incidents generated by the security operations
Serve as an additional level of support during high priority
initiatives, security/privacy incidents or specific investigations
Develop security focused solutions to difficult technical problems
encountered as part of system implementation, upgrades, or support
Enhance awareness and visibility into the client security posture
by designing and maintaining reliable consistent security
Champion and communicate client enterprise cybersecurity
initiatives that require Zyston involvement or action.
KEY: Experience with vulnerability management and remediation and
with advanced endpoint solutions with SentinelOne.
Highly skilled at hardening enterprise assets and software
Experience with Security Event and Incident Management
Familiarization with networking infrastructure, monitoring and
Familiarization with NIST, CIS Top 18, other industry
Bachelors or master's degree in computer science or related
technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years related technology experience.
Minimum of 4 years of security specific experience
In-depth knowledge of IT security principles and practices,
strategies and methodologies; in addition to business operations,
strategies and objectives.
In-depth understanding of layered solutions and designs
Ability to coach and mentor business executive in topics related to
Highly developed oral, written communication, and presentation
Industry standard security certifications highly desired (GSEC,
GCIH, GCIA, CySA+, etc)
