Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Finance teams to
develop code for financial products
Contribute to architecture work, mentor other engineers, and
improve team culture
Design and improve tooling and systems to support application
needs
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Backend Engineering, including building
and maintaining complex systems
Expertise in web backends, databases, ETL pipelines, and developer
tools
Desire to join a rapidly growing startup and make an impact
Strong engineering fundamentals and passion for building
high-quality software
Ability to collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders and
prioritize user needs
