Job Description:
An engineering company is seeking an ML Interfaces Engineering
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the culture and tone of the team, supporting and challenging
team members to grow
Collaborate with other engineering teams to assess needs and guide
implementations and integrations
Develop processes and standards for platform delivery to achieve a
highly mature practice
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in software or infrastructure
engineering
Experience building and leading diverse teams
Prior experience in scheduler development, ML infrastructure,
Kubernetes orchestration, and/or stateful distributed systems
Prior experience with operational responsibilities and guiding
program development for reliability, scalability, and
observability
Prior experience with Kubernetes and the operator pattern for
stateful services
