Director, Global Lean and Commercial Process Excellence, you will
play a pivotal role in shaping how the organization applies Lean
principles to drive process rigor, operational discipline, and
continuous improvement across commercial and cross-functional
teams. You will partner across regions and functions to implement
systems that enable standard work, daily management, and structured
problem solving. This role is central to embedding Lean thinking
into the way we work - improving customer success; enhancing
service quality and delivery; and sustaining performance. It's an

impact through process excellence . Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Process Excellence: Partner with global and
cross-functional teams to embed Lean thinking and process
discipline into commercial and customer care workflows, enabling
consistent execution and value delivery. Lead the design and
implementation of core Lean systems such as standard work, daily
management, and structured problem solving to drive operational
excellence and sustainable performance. Act as a catalyst for
continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to reduce
complexity, eliminate waste, and improve end-to-end process flow
across Markets and Market U nits. Demonstrate process discipline by
leading Kaizen activities and driving rigorous problem-solving
practices in partnership with cross-functional teams. Influence and
align stakeholders at all levels by demonstrating the impact of
Lean principles on business outcomes, fostering a culture of
accountability, learning, and scientific thinking. Leadership &
Culture Building Be a visible champion of continuous improvement,
collaboration, and accountability. Lead by example to create a
proactive, hands-on culture of Lean execution. Help embed Lean
practices into daily work to sustain results over time. Act as a
champion for quality and delivery as a measure of customer success.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in E ngineering , Operations,
Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's degree
preferred. 10 years of experience in operations management with a
focus on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational
excellence, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement
tools. Strong strategic thinking and project management skills,
with an ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives.
Direct experience in customer success, sales, pre- sales or
commercial operations is preferred Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
of the organization. Experience translating lean concepts to
business process , digital, and commercial work content is
preferred. Key Competencies: Leadership: Skilled at coaching,
mentoring, and building high-performance teams. Analytical Skills:
Data-driven approach to identify improvement opportunities and
measure results. Collaboration: Works well across functions,
regions, and levels to achieve shared objectives . Change
