Shoring, a division of Road Machinery & Supplies Co . is searching
for a Service Technician to join its team at our Euless, TX
location. This position is responsible for performing high-quality
field service repair/technical training work on boring and
tunneling equipment; responding to customer needs in a
professional, caring, and timely manner; and ensuring maximum value

Maintain and repair all rental equipment and make it rent ready in
a timely manner. Perform complex repairs correctly. Work alone with
limited supervision at times. Build strong customer service
relations. Evaluate damage and generate an action plan for repairs
including a full estimate sent to the customer in a timely manner.
Work closely with the Shop Supervisor on parts ordering and service
work billings. Be able to travel as needed, including overnight
stays. Accept advanced and continued training on represented
manufacturers. Qualifications/Skills: Experience servicing utility
construction equipment. Working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical,
and mechanical systems on various equipment. Knowledge of
horizontal/directional boring machines and ability to work on tier
3 and tier 4 engines is a plus. Electric and gas welding
experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean record is
mandatory, CDL license would also be a plus. Basic computer skills
for recording work performed. Able to work responsibly, safely, and
intelligently. Have the desire to take action, improve, and be
