like to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the
warfighter? BAE Systems is recruiting a customer-facing role in Ft
Worth, TX, to support management and coordination between BAES
Systems F-35 System & Equipment Services (S&ES) teams and key
external stakeholders to ensure delivery of the BAE Systems
Sustainment Item Analysts service. A successful candidate will be
able to solve problems, work with multiple sources of data and
formulate solutions to key Item Analysts issues. They will have a
strong background in data analytics/Fleet Management/Maintenance
principles. They will also support a key interface between the Item
Analysts / UK Fleet Management team and the wider internal and
external population based in the US. The candidate will be expected
to manage multiple internal and customer requirements,
expectations, and escalate issues into internal BAE Systems
management and HPSI. This role will also act as one of the primary
Sustainment F-35 Fleet Management customer-facing representative to
ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes to Lockheed Martin, Joint
Program Office (JPO), government officials and the global F-35
Lightning II Fleet. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree and 4
years work experience or equivalent experience Master's Degree and
2 years of work experience or equivalent experience Manages
critical parts affecting fleet availability Possesses a solid
understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards
Applies broad concepts and principles effectively Develops
solutions for a variety of complex problems Utilizes policies and
practices as guidelines when needed Operates under general
direction, independently determining and developing approaches to
solutions Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to meet
objectives Work is reviewed upon completion to ensure objectives
are met Serves as a prime contact for contracts or projects Engages
with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters
Coordinates efforts across organizations as necessary Preferred
Education, Experience, & Skills Advanced data analysis and
problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Excel,
SQL, and data visualization software Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse
stakeholders Experience with Agile methodologies and project
management frameworks Familiarity with F-35 systems and operations,
or experience working with similar complex systems Certification in
a relevant field (e.g., data analytics, project management, Six
Sigma) Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72150 - $122655
