Job Description Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control

Security Representative Associate to join the security team in
Grand Prairie TX. You will perform program security duties
supporting multiple special access programs. What You Will Be Doing
As the Security Representative Senior, you will provide
multi-disciplined Security support and perform primary Contractor
Special Security Officer and Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO)
duties for multiple complex and growing special access and
sensitive compartmentalized information programs. As the CSSO you
will be responsible for all aspects of security to include
personnel, physical, technical, subcontractor management,
classification management, inspection readiness, OPSEC
requirements, security education and partnering with program
management. The selected candidate will develop creative security
solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance
with our customers’ expectations and applicable security policies
and directives. This role is the primary security interface with
all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as

This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas
location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a
facility that requires special access. A company-sponsored Top
Secret is required to be considered. Basic Qualifications ?
Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal
Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating
Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705. ? Candidate
must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of
effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment. ? The ability to articulate and present
intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations,
based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential,
as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the
corporation and externally with our government customers and
industry partners. ? Strong written and verbal communications,
interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required. ?
Final Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a
background investigation performed within the last five years.
Desired skills ? Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, Special Access
Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility
security compliance. ? Experience working DoD Special Programs as a
CSSO. ? Ability to work independently when required and be a team
player. ? Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3
years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional
experience with a related Master’s degree. Considered experienced,
but still a learner. ? Highly organized and detail oriented. ?
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending

$80,400 - $139,380. For states not referenced above, the salary
