Mission Analyst, you will be part of a team of systems engineers
dedicated to delivering best-in-class Raytheon products for the
warfighter through modeling, simulation, and analysis. Your work
will help demonstrate mission effectiveness of systems and
system-of-systems operating in complex threat environments. On this
team, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing
solutions across mission technologies, including sensors,
effectors, communications, command and control, and more. What You
Will Do Participate in the development and implementation of
model-based solutions to support mission trade studies using
mission and engagement level simulations. Model system and mission
kill chains using Government, Commercial, and/or Raytheon
simulation tools. Execute mission system simulations and analyze
their results. Participate in technical reviews with internal and
external customers. You will contribute and collaborate in a team
environment, receiving input from the program, external customers,
or team experts, and work on projects. Develop and implement
analytic approaches that will generate the supporting data to
inform programmatic decisions. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant
experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. Experience
with standard government modeling tools including AFSIM,
Suppressor, Brawler, or similar tools. Experience working with
scripting languages including Python, Bash, or other common
languages. Experience working with scientific computing
environments such as MATLAB. Active and transferable U.S.
government issued interim security clearance is required prior to
start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer
Experience working in Linux environments. Domain knowledge in
Sensors (RADARS, EOIR, etc.), Network Communications,
Weapons/Effects (Missiles, Projectiles), Command & Control, and/or
Resource Management. Ability to understand tactics as described by
military experts and to represent their employment (verbally,
graphically, and in simulations). Familiar with performing data
analysis and statistics with large volumes of data. Familiar with
Numerical Optimization Techniques, Analysis of Alternatives, or
Design of Experiments. Experience providing briefs and
presentations to US government customers. Experience with Military
Operations Analysis, Modeling & Simulation experience in the
defense industry, and/or data analysis & visualization. What We

remote. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when

function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
