And we need a smart Product Manager to help us achieve our mission.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a data-minded individual to take a human-centric approach to shepherd our Pieces predict product and technology forward. You will be working on solutions that address our clients' most pressing problems, spanning operational bottlenecks in the hospital to social determinants affecting the health of communities. You will be working closely with our world class AI Engineers & Data Scientists to help you dive into the "dark matter" of healthcare data and tackle the issues healthcare systems across the US are grappling with today.Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Analyzing and reviewing complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs
• Elicit, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Working with product strategy to determine functional industry solutions and compose them into functional designs
• Interface with product, development team and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases
• Track the progress of release schedules oversee the generation and dissemination of the project status and other weekly work-in-progress documentation. Serve as de facto project manager for product, engineering, AI and client engagement initiatives as assigned
• Collaborating with engineering organizations through the software development life cycle including release plans, quality control, user documentation, sales and marketing
• Working in a support capacity with the Client Success, Sales and Marketing teams. The focus of these activities will be on Social Determinants of Health, care management, case management, healthcare & population health analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing.
• Managing project tasks and product deliverables across multiple development and build strong cross-functional relationships
• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating resource planning
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Duties and tasks are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. You're someone who believes the right data can help build better one-to-one relationships with communities in need of extra support.Required Qualifications:
  • Baccalaureate degree or degree relevant to healthcare, healthcare analytics and software development. Master's Degree in healthcare informatics or related field, preferred.
  • At least 2 years in a product management role preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Analytical and inquisitive
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to organize complex information and to communicate complex information across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and quickly shift priorities as necessary
  • Adaptable and flexible style of collaborating with key stakeholders in setting direction
  • Big Picture Thinking or Design Thinking
  • High IQ and High EQPreferred Qualifications
    • Knowledge and/or direct experience with clinical applications and data such as EHR/EMR, care/case management, practice management, CPOE
    • Experience in Agile software development methodology, SCRUM master highly desirable
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Comfortable facilitating discussions at all levels and resolving conflicts and capable of working in ambiguously defined situations, environments and projects
    • Shows initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness
    • Able to operate in flat organization structures under multiple direct and indirect bosses
    • Understanding of Social Determinants of Health and their relationship to health status and healthcare delivery
    • Healthcare quality, patient safety, and/or quality reporting experience
    • Practical experience in business & healthcare intelligence in a healthcare environment
    • Familiarity with the use of analytics products in evaluation of quality of care, utilization and efficiency
    • Knowledge of healthcare quality reporting specifications of agencies and programs such as CMS, NQF, HEDIS, ACO, PCMH, MIPS, MACRA
    • Experience with business intelligence tools
    • Experience with standardized healthcare terminologies/vocabularies and Natural Language processing
