Global Revenue Management LeadJob DescriptionSUMMARY OF POSITION:Serve as key member of the Global Revenue Growth Management function and part of the newly created Global Growth Organization. Kimberly-Clark has determined that RGM is a critical and transformative capability that will address ambitious top line and margin goals across the globe. This role is responsible for developing the long-term strategy and capabilities to generate RGM recommendations with co-creation across APAC, EMEA, KCP, LAO and NA.Revenue Growth Management at KC encompasses 5 core pillars:* Strategic Pricing* Price Pack Architecture* Mix Management* Gross to Net Optimization* Commercial PolicyThe individual needs to assist the Global RGM team to implement K-C's plan:* Common framework including pillars, archetypes and playbooks* Common processes and analysis, including measurement* Three-year revenue and profit opportunity (size of the prize)* Organization structure and roles (global, regional, local)* Enabling technology platforms* Implementation approach and timelineESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Implement and manage a multi-year transformation roadmap to prepare KC with the right capabilities including technology, toolkits, processes and RGM analytics to drive OP $ capture.* Raise the bar on RGM capabilities, build organizational competence for future priority areas and embed levers into the business planning operating rhythm.* Ensure the capabilities platform are scalable, repeatable and efficient in order to consistently achieve financial goals across each market.* Help develop a pipeline of strong RGM business leaders with career paths and advancement opportunities.* Support the definition of decision rights for the global, regional and market teams.* Achieve best-in-class, comprehensive and rolling 3-yr RGM financial pipeline of value creation growth opportunities.* Collaborate with Business Unit RGM Leaders on value capture workstreams, while also deploying targeted deep dives that deliver financial targets and priorities.* Partner with sector functional teams to drive current and future pipeline of moves.* Work with global and regional finance to ensure strategies support the delivery of the financial algorithms and become embedded in the approach.* Lead playbook and analytical platform improvements by ensuring latest RGM thinking is included thru collaborative and co-creation approach with business unit RGM leaders.* Drive advanced and actionable toolkits that provide single source of truth and support end-to-end RGM analytics.* Identify, incubate and share RGM insights and best practices from the regions across from global markets.* Partner with KCIT to develop multi-year roadmap for KC RGM technology and analytical capabilities, in order to build a top tier global RGM capability.* Support and improve RGM strategies and operations within KC.* Drive and manage the consistency of RGM concepts, terminology and methodologies across each business unit.* Provide visibility to P&L impacts that enable effective decision making thru the use of consistent RGM financial metrics that allow for proper tracking with actionable insights.* Develop and communicate the strategic, financial and administrative implications of proposed RGM pipeline of moves.* Utilize insights and analytics to support BU/Market level Sales, Innovation, and Channel Management Teams with executing local market pricing strategies.* Help to define global operating model and wiring with considerations for regional and market structures as well as targets and incentives.* Support BU planning and execution on RGM initiatives during annual and strategic planning cycles.Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:Education: Bachelor's degree, preferred business degree or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge or equivalent experience* Demonstrated Performance:* Demonstrated professional and academic success.* 5+ years of business experience with strong commercial acumen, at least three within trade marketing, consumer pricing, or revenue management in the consumer sector preferred.* Embraces an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across multiple global stakeholders while still understanding local market needs.* Strategic Thinking:* The individual should be a strong conceptual thinker, able to quickly identify issues and develop solutions to complex problems. He/she must have a good understanding of the breadth of marketing strategies and market research.* Leadership:* The individual must demonstrate the ability to utilize his/her influence to effectively guide change and clarity across the business during a time of change. The individual must be comfortable influencing senior management and, at times, executive leadership while being able to coach and mentor more junior level employees as KC develops a robust RevMan capability.* Communication Skills:* The individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to interact and persuade individuals at levels senior to him or her, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g. sales, marketing, market research). Must be able to distill complex concepts into easily understandable messages in order to drive understanding and alignment around critical business decisions.* Strong Analytical Skills:* The individual must be able to synthesize marketing and pricing information to draw insights and actionable recommendations (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues, present recommendations, and deliver results).* Global Mindset:* Embraces an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across multiple global stakeholders when developing strategies that are fit for geographic, category and consumer purpose.* Other Skills:* Prioritization and time management, agility, project management experience, resource and team management, active listening, adaptability, training and development. Ability to scope and plan for key deliverables and execute in different phases of the project.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:Reports to VP, Global Revenue Growth Management.
