The VP Operations will serve the following key functions for Company.

• Work with the Company President and Executive team to develop a strategy and build an operational plan each year for Company
• Lead the build out and management of all operational functions, systems, and processes across Company which enable to company to grow quickly and efficiently
• Lead key strategic projects and initiatives within the organization. Work closely with the Company President and Executive team to coordinate the execution of the operational plan and ensure delivery of results
• Program Management: Manage the PMO. Lead the definition, launching and ongoing management of key programs within the organization
• Ad Hoc Initiatives: This requirement is to support the design and management of pilots, tests, and other various short-term initiatives Job Summary We are looking for a qualified VP Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, highly organized, people-focused individual and tech-savvy professional. We are expecting you to be experienced in working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, in order to:

    • Assist with the documentation of new workflows and converting them into business systems and processes
    • Coordinating multiple stakeholders across a business to execute on plans and deliver results
    • Proactive and pragmatic in solving challenges and resolving issues
    • Highly organized and structured thinker
    • Builds great working relationships with others
    • Displays a high degree of initiative and drive Desired Skills & Experience
      • Proven work experience as a VP Operations or similar role with 10 years of experience
      • Experience planning and leading initiatives and projects
      • Excellent writing skills
      • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
      • Can build and manage a project plan
      • Hands-on experience with converting ideas into initiatives and delivering results
      • Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
      • Minimum of a bachelor 's degree in a relevant field
