Job Description:
Oncology/Pharmaceutical Product Owner
Contract to Hire
Addison, TX (Remote)
The Oncology/Pharmaceutical Product Owner will be overseeing the
product management of trial product/platform/tool that is used for
a clinical trial workflow.
Must have experience working in an Agile environment
Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept
testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
Monitor and report on product KPIs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to scope, design, concept
test and deliver innovative solutions
Assist with the development of business cases and operating
plans
Assist in the development of materials to communicate progress to
leadership
7+ years of Product Management experience specifically in the Bio
Pharma and/or Medical Technology (Med Tech) industry
Must have experience building HIPAA conformant solutions
Experience building and launching validated software following QMS
processes
A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services
that customers will love
Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
Excellent leadership skills with experience leading
cross-functional teams
The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive
deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal
communication
