Job Description:

The Recruiting Lead- Executive Recruiter is a senior level position responsible for providing end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.This role supports Executive level hiring and other hiring as needed for the Consumer Operations organization. Responsibilities: * Partner with Executive and Senior hiring managers and colleagues to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including employee referral and sourcing and diversity strategies (internally/externally, and agency and direct sourcing/networking methods) * Build diversity sourcing strategy and develop a diverse candidate pipeline * Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates * Develop deep candidate market knowledge across US * Provide advice and consultation to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidates * Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely status updates * Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through proactive offer management process providing sound rationale for offer terms required * Research and provide insight on competitors and peer organizations as well as participate in diversity recruiting events and activities * Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process * Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: * 6-10+ years of relevant experience * Experience in large, complexorganization like financial services is highly desired * Experience supporting an Operations or Consumer organization very helpful * Accustomed to workingwithin a consultative recruiting model * Demonstrated experience with advanced sourcing through innovative channels * Experience building a diversity sourcing strategy and developing a diverse candidate pipeline * Demonstrated knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation assistance packages * Proficient in building relationships and working with Executive leadership to build hiring strategies * Demonstrated leadership and skilled with managing multiple hiring initiatives and projects * Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication * Possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others, a proven leader/influencer * Strong presentation skills, able to provide expertise and support as needed in the preparation and delivery of senior management briefings * Proven relationship building, consulting, negotiation and critical thinking skills * Experience with Workday and Avature CRM very helpful Education: * Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent work experience
