Director of Travel Administration and Client ServicesCareerStaff Unlimited is seeking an accomplished leader to help support our Travel Nursing Division's continued growth and manage three teams in Irving, TX. This role will oversee our account managers, credentialing, and payroll teams for our Travel Division. A strong candidate will be outgoing, competitive, and in possession of a strong work ethic. We are looking for a self-starter who would report directly to the Vice President of Travel.*With COVID-19 in mind, this position will start remotely but will transition onsite at a later date.What We Offer:

  • Starting base salary up to $90,000 and commission structurePosition Summary:The Director role requires implementing business strategy, directing staff, and facilitating a work environment, which achieves business results through consistent quality practices and company standards.Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for managing and directing the operational functions of our account managers, credentialing, and payroll teams, including the development of performance goals, business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Maintains regularly scheduled business hours and ensures the team is staffed according to CareerStaff guidelines.
    • Consistently monitors and manages the operating performance of the team as measured by the tools and standards established by CareerStaff.
    • Provides leadership and supervision to the team. Interviews, hires, develops, manages performance and terminates the employment of staff as needed. Ensures positive employee relations and resolves any staff issues or grievances.
    • Responsible for the development and implementation of sales plans, completion of requests for proposals, and negotiating contracts in accordance with CareerStaff policies and guidelines.
    • Develops and implements marketing plans to achieve staffing goals.
    • Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all business practices.
    • Participates in Joint Commission accreditation survey process and maintains all files and records to ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, where appropriate.
    • Performs other duties as requested.Requirements:
      • A minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience required
