About This OpportunityLeadership of the development of all fresh food service processes, materials and tools to enable fresh food innovation and successful store operations execution. This is key to achieving Fresh Food Growth with is #1 on the Six Point Plan.Responsibilities:Leadership of the development of all fresh food processes, materials and tools to enable fresh food innovation and successful store operations execution.--- Manage the analysis of fresh food workflow, capacity modeling for equipment and service, labor analysis, yield modeling, ergonomics in design of process/equipment/tools to enable fresh food innovation. Attention to cost optimization is also key.--- Develop solutions with cross functional team members and vendors (as needed) to develop solutions to improve operational ease of the fresh food program.--- Lead assessments of current and test fresh food processes, workflow, spatial organization, labor, yield, equipment models evaluating ergonomics, and utilizing time and motion studies as needed. Implement optimized standards for existing core fresh foods.--- Presentations of new fresh food handling processes, labor, yield and equipment capacity models to executives, franchisees and other internal customers to achieve alignment and support.--- Manage the development of food handling operations processes for all new fresh food products and platforms including the creation of training materials and in store training for the test markets.--- Partner with Store Readiness and Training for operations execution success in test markets and national rollouts.--- Participate in and lead if necessary, Ideation/Problem Solving Sessions grounded in consumer need states including market-place immersions with cross functional and vendor involvement.--- Market place Immersions for outside creative stimulus including visits to key vendor partners, conferences and trade shows.--- Development of team members by providing individual coaching for personal development.Qualifications:--- Bachelors/4 Year Degree--- MBA Preferred.--- 8+ years Restaurant Operations, QSR and/or Convenience Industry experience.--- P&L Experience--- Experience overseeing store or restaurant operations including labor, inventory and sales--- Experience in analyzing/optimizing workflow, time and handling processes, labor and yield for food service brands using a stage gate approach with clear success metrics and cross functional partners.--- Experience connecting business needs with operator capabilities, financial constraints and consumer insights to viable product solutions.--- Experience working effectively with outside vendors, leveraging a broad range of resources to maximize impact to innovation.--- Experience with commercialization/scale up, robustness testing as well as operational considerations for store readiness.--- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Power BI desired.--- Beneficial to have restaurant, fast casual or QSR experience.#LI-KM1
