Job Description:

As a Senior Process Manager & Business Analyst, you will work with client stakeholders to discover current processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and document proposed methods for implementing the optimization. Activities will also include documenting current state process flows, proposing methods of streamlining business operations, collaborating with technical resources to determine the solution to be developed/automated, documenting requirements and solution features, and presenting all the above artifacts in clear and concise presentation materials. You will be instrumental in owning the detailed requirements to set the direction at the onset of resulting projects, and often playing a supporting leadership role throughout the implementation.What you will do:Independently drive discovery sessions with customers while producing resulting documentation and owning requirements gathered as a resultSupport customer and business needs while aligning with technical requirements and helping guide development effortsAssist with pre-sales efforts including discovery calls, helping develop a proposed level of effort estimate, consolidating information to create a quote, and presenting proposals to customersLead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationshipsServe as a liaison between the client and Automation Services Competencies to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementationsProvide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for resultsIdentify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination; integrating new systems and processes with existing ones; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategiesProvide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilitiesProvide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)Document as-is and to-be processes including process flow diagrams and process narrativeCollaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA processMentor less experienced team members and lend previous experiences to help build and expand team offerings and servicesIdentify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholdersElicit and clearly document business and systems requirementsAssess business process and system inefficienciesIdentify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfactionQualifications5+ years' experience leading process planning and design for technology projectsSelf-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and requires little oversightStrong critical thinker committed to delivering excellenceSuperior communications skills with ability to positively influence others towards a common goalExcellent documentation skills, deriving details from discovery to create current and future-state process diagramsAbility to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processesCollaborative team playerComfortable independently facilitating meetings with a variety of stakeholder levelsExperience working within Agile practicesAnalytical abilityBA or BS degreeBonus Points for: -2+ years' experience creating communications plans and/or Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies2+ years' experience building and facilitating trainingBusiness Process Management certificationPrevious Consulting BackgroundScrum masterProficient working within M365 applications (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Experience documenting project requirementsPerks and BenefitsInclusive Company CultureOpen Paid Time OffCustomizable Health BenefitsExclusive Employee DiscountsLighthearted Banter from Supportive Coworkers -About Our Team :Many business processes are ineffective due to poor execution, lack of management or dependence on tribal knowledge from a dynamic workforce.
