We are looking for a passionate and talented Implementation Manager
III to join our team. With minimal supervision and significant
latitude for independent judgment and discretion, this position
oversees all aspects of the enterprise client implementation
process from initiation to transition. - The Implementation Manager
III works to ensure a positive client experience during
implementation. - Implementation assignments include all product
offerings across platforms with a focus on large and complex
clients that require value-added consulting services. - The
Implementation Manager III works collaboratively with internal and
external customers to deliver quality projects within the specified
timeline and scope defined. - This position requires mentoring
peers and engaging in special projects as assigned by
What you'll be doing -
Lead internal scoping calls to identify client nuances,
requirements and contractual commitments.
With a proactive and consultative approach, manage the
implementation of new and existing enterprise client projects and
work to ensure client satisfaction.
Cultivate the client relationship in the implementation phase by
setting and managing expectations in the implementation lifecycle.
Communicate thoroughly and effectively with the client,
specifically focusing on client responsiveness.
Assess and evaluate client needs for initial scope of project and
develop project specifications and objectives based on the
assessment. Review of agreement records to ensure contractual
commitments are met during the implementation lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications
including - but not limited to - project timelines, schedules,
agendas and training plans.
Monitor project deliverables and progress through the duration of
the project plan and manage deviations as appropriate, including
Consult with the client to develop communications strategy and
coordinate the delivery of materials.
Confirm configuration of the system(s) as defined in the project
scope and specifications to meet the client's needs. Oversee review
of partner files, file layouts and data setup. - Coordinate and
participate in technical implementation calls.
Lead internal team of product subject matter experts and assigned
internal department contacts to ensure success in all areas of
implementation. Work closely with internal partners (Sales, Client
Services, Financial Operations, Card Operations and Fulfillment,
Product and Development) to ensure client-specific requirements are
Serve as central point of contact in the implementation phase and
routinely relay project information to management and key
stakeholders including, but not limited to, risk assessments and
executive summaries. Proactively identify factors jeopardizing the
project and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
Manage multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities

conduct internal and external training sessions, review enhancement
and defect-resolution software release information to maintain

What you will need to be successful
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience of 10+ years in
benefits or financial services industries
Project management experience of 5+ years
Project management training (i.e. PMP certification) and/or 3+
years as an Implementation Manager I or Implementation Manager II
Ability to work well autonomously and as a part of a cross
