Job Title: FastTrack Targeting Manager Location: REMOTE Position Duration: 18+ Months Looking for a technically skilled customer relationship manager with a background in Microsoft 365 (M365). The desired outcomes for this role will focus on elevating customer usage of existing services and influencing customer intent of purchased and unutilized products and/or services. The Targeting Manager will establish and capture all key engagement criteria, including: key business stakeholders, customer goals and business requirements, existing customer infrastructure and current deployment status, timeline for customer onboarding to new/unutilized workloads, partner relationships and scope of work, adoption and usage plans and migration strategies. The FastTrack Targeting Manager's responsibilities are focused on re-engaging existing M365 customers with the goal of creating intent for deploying additional services within the M365 suite. Targeting Managers will endeavor to build strong client relationships with customer technology executives and decision makers to initiate and drive business strategy discussions around industry drivers and workloads. Targeting Manager specific responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and contact relevant engagement stakeholders to discover existing usage and potential future needs
  • Positioning the benefits of the M365 suite and complimentary solution stack components to customers
  • Applying knowledge of M365 products to specific customer business needs, and positioning the benefits of the M365 suite and complimentary solution stack components to help in solving customer challenges
  • Introduce the FastTrack service benefit and positioning potential future engineering engagement activities
  • Identify M365 (and complimentary components) workload upsell opportunities and engaging account teams (as needed) and performing an effective hand-off to appropriate sales motions
  • Capturing and documenting customer intent and relevant engagement data with accuracy, to build a comprehensive picture of the customers' current state, product and service entitlements
  • Apply the FastTrack business logic/ benefit to match customer engagement requirements to appropriate delivery resources
  • Manage a large portfolio of enterprise customers and become a trusted advisor
  • Maintain a high level of data quality and documentation to enable rapid and reliable reporting to all stakeholders
  • Uncovering potential customer blockers
  • Direct customers to a solution
  • Collect, document, and submit relevant customer and process feedbackRequirement:
    • Previous Microsoft FastTrack experienceMicrosoft M365 or Azure certifications a plus
