Highly visible "individual-contributor" role within the growing
Cyber / Information Security Infrastructure space, responsible for
the overall Client Operations of Clients Application & Host
Security services on a global scale. Applicant must have excellent
written and verbal communication skill set with strong focus on
SDLC, Reporting, and Client Communications. Ability to build strong
relationships with all stakeholders and fostering a collaborative
environment. Ability to operate and be successful in a uniquely
large and dynamic environment with constant change where
multitasking is essential. Applicant must be able to manage and
drive various client forums via conference calls with large
audiences. This includes, fostering support from key players and
providing sound business analysis and assessment of the operating
environment to drive compliance consistency and maturity.
Skills:
The applicant will be successful with the following skill sets for
these use cases:
- BRD Analysis / Project Management skill set: Business
requirement gathering from various teams to create clear and
concise agreements with high level of detail, to facilitate a
successful roadmap and identify and potential gaps.
- Facilitation soft skills: Ability to host discussions across
teams of varying skillsets and across multiple regions/time zones
to review, and often, guide the discussion in a certain direction.
We take an agnostic view and keep a positive momentum on
calls.
- Prior technical or programming background: As our team services
the needs for enterprise level development and networking teams,
having a strong high-level background in software/programming is
required. While there will not be programming for this role, the
candidate will need to understand how applications work behind the
scenes: i.e., relational and no-SQL databases, Java and .Net
Applications, networking with load balancing and firewall
knowledge, plus software development life cycle (SDLC).
Understanding different development methodologies is a plus
(waterfall versus Agile/Scrum).
- Atlassian Suite Experience: Strong experience, knowledge of
JIRA, Confluence, and other workflow / bug tracker tools as well as
SDLC tools like BitBucket.
- Reporting: Responsible for creating on-demand reports and high
quality PowerPoint presentations; Candidate should have a strong
foundation in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel (Macro and Pivot
experience), Access, OneNote, Project, and Visio).
- SharePoint: Create and Manage content on internal SharePoint
sites.
- Project Support: Design and drive large, complex projects to
enhance and automate key processes in order to better meet client,
IS, and regulatory requirements.
- Process Management: Responsible for the
engineering/re-engineering and oversight of operational and
business processes and documentation while developing measurement
and improvement processes to continuously drive service maturity
and improving compliance oversight, safety and soundness.
- Relationship Management: Managing relationships with
cross-functional policy stakeholders and participating in
policy-setting bodies on behalf of Operations.
- Continual Improvement: Leading efforts to identify and
implement significant improvement programs related to Client
Operations and Service Management
Qualifications:
- Recommended: minimum 3+ years' experience in Operations
Reporting, Client Communications, Project Management, or equivalent
combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience with Unix Systems, Java and
.NET Enterprise Level Application development or relevant technical
experience
- Computer Engineering/Science Degree or related degrees, is
required and MBA is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to
create clear and concise client communications; Ability to
communicate effectively with Senior Management and stakeholders of
all levels.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with CS teams and business
partners
- Certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ITIL) are a plus.
- Foundational understanding of Information Security and/or Cyber
Security operations
- Must be a motivated self-starter, strong presenter/communicator
and pay extreme attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight timelines
- Certifications recommended: Scrum Master, Sigma Six, or
PMP
- Any experience with Functional IDs, Service accounts, password
management and automation would be a bonus.
