Job Description:

developing & implementing effective and efficient ways to have
successful set up, launch and maintenance of manufacturer partner's
products and services within Specialty Distribution by: Creating,
maintaining, and leading a near term product launch pipeline
tracker Working closely with the internal partners to setup and
manage class of trade restrictions, inventory levels, returns
processing, contract pricing, chargeback processing, manufacturer
reporting, financial processing for both inbound and outbound
transactions, and daily account/product inquires. Providing support
and product information to the Sales and Customer Service Teams
Utilize SAP to manage account and product attributes.Responsible
for developing and maintaining high customer satisfaction within
the account management team and growing our footprint within
manufacturer partner organizations by:Leading the account
management team to identify manufacturer partner issues, gaps in
service and measure key metrics of the service level expectations
of our manufacturer customers.Cross collaboration with other
leaders to ensure high performance level of manufacturer customer
service across broader McKesson.Leading the team that acts as the
primary point of contact for manufacturers on day to day
questions/issues and facilitating communication across the
company.Assisting manufacturers in navigating the larger McKesson
enterprise.Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of
McKesson's products, functions, marketing and/or service policies
and procedures.Prepares and delivers quarterly business reviews
with manufacturer partners.Understanding customer processes and
decision drivers as well as their current and future
needs.Proactively identifying new ways of creating value with
customers.Involves team members as needed to resolve all issues and
escalates to Business Development leader as necessary.Tracking and
managing issues through to resolution.Manage internal customer
relationships effecting account/project management by: Continuously
seeking new business opportunities Identifying projects for process
improvements Participating in or leading cross functional teams for
the purpose of developing new product/service offering or driving
process improvements. Remain tightly connected with key internal
stakeholders including Business Development, Procurement, and
Operations on their activities, including supply chain
optimization, reporting, governance, and planning. Provides monthly
status reports to ensure senior level management visibility to
project and client status.Ensuring alignment between Full Line
Wholesale and Specialty Distribution purchasing teams and their
unique implementation processes by: Documenting key roles and
responsibilities Establishing a thorough training and communication
plan Scheduling ongoing status meetings between teams.McKesson is
