Status: ExemptDepartment/Job Code #:Reports to: Director IT Data
and IntegrationPosition SummaryThis position is responsible for
providing the highest quality Integration solutions and support for
all integrations. This position will be a member of the IT Data
Integration and BI team and report to the Director IT Data and
Integration. FleetPride seeks an experienced IT professional who
lives for best-in-class integration architecture and is ready for a
rewarding career in a collaborative environment. This position is
responsible for the architecture, administration and development of
integration solutions for FleetPride on-premises and cloud
solutions.In addition, this person will be considered a (SME)
Subject Matter Expert for variety IT integration and data
solutions. This person will be highly technical and will provide a
higher-level technical architecture and support for complex
technical solutions implementation. This person will be an active
member of the IT Data Integration and BI Improvement team. This
person will generally be utilized as a project lead and provide
additional oversight to lead the projects and guide the
developers.This person will be responsible for ensuring the
adherence of professionalism and expansion of all activities done.
This person will co-partner with the Director IT Data and
Integration to provide oversight over Integration and BI onsite and
Offshore team and help in tracking the project deliverables. As an
architect, he/she will be responsible for training other team
members on integration technologies and establishing the standard
processes.Essential TasksLead architecture design and support for
integration solutions and an enterprise-wide integration and data
solutions portfolio.Coordinate with systems experts on data and
integration needs and issues that affect the applications and their
availability.Turns guidance into pragmatic architecture via proof
of concepts, architectural diagrams and process/data flows.Lead the
projects from technical standpoint and Provide guidance and
direction to integration development and technical designersDefine
integration development objectives by analyzing user requirements;
envisioning system features and functionality.Establish and
maintain effective relationships with customers and third-party
development vendors.Integration performance optimization and tuning
best practices.Administer the integration and data platforms (such
as Dell Boomi, EDI, SSIS etc)Monitor trends in technology;
research, validate, and build recommendations to implement new
technologies, frameworks, or methodologies.Ensure that uniform
enterprise-wide integration design standards are
maintainedCollaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the
architecture is aligned with business requirementPerform design and
code reviewsDevelop and Support ETL and Web Service based data
integrations using Dell Boomi/SQLProvide Support and maintenance
for EDI Platforms (Gentran and other cloud-based EDI platforms).The
individual will be responsible for requirements gathering,
development, testing and accountable for production deployment and
support efforts.Ensures that projects deliver not only on
functionality, but also follow and enhance the overall company
integration platform and adhere to the company's methodology and
technical strategy.Support and maintain applications within the
production environment, including working with end users and others
within IT to troubleshoot and find the root cause of issues.Stays
abreast of industry trends and best practices.Optimize Integration
solutions to ensure that performance of the solutions is
optimalMaintain technical documentation with all the technical
details and proper visual diagrams (Flowcharts, Diagram and
layouts) for ease of understanding.Creates clear and concise
comments in code to aid understanding by other developersAnalyzes
production issues to determine problem source and recommend
solutionsAssists in code reviews and code deploymentsAdheres to
FleetPride SDLC principles for software developmentRespond to and
complete Help Desk Tickets in a timely and professional
manner.Develop Unit test plans and perform unit testingMaintain the
version control for all code as per the FleetPride
Guidelines.Collaborate with business and project teams to
understand requirements and business needsFosters open
communication within and between teams that span business and
ITResponsibilitiesSelf-train and self-educate to better support the
technology FLEETPRIDE uses to support operations locally and at the
branches. Assist or train others on the systems and features.Makes
pragmatic recommendations on system and process
enhancements.Ensures configurations, system features, and system
documentations are appropriately documented.Establish and maintain
a thorough knowledge of the organization and technology

typical office environment.Minimum QualificationsEducationA
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or Management
Information Systems. Consideration will be given to an equivalent
combination of related education and required work
experience.Professional Experience/Competencies10+ year in
developing and supporting Data Integration solutions5+ years of
experience in data integration design and development, especially
the significant experience on Dell Boomi platform.Experience and
knowledge of APIs, Web Services, SOA, ESB, ETL concepts and
toolsExperience designing and developing SOAP and REST based web
serviceSQL language proficiency with at least one of the common
database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and/or DB2
database management systems.Demonstrated experience using
relational databases, writing complex queries in ANSI- SQL based
products such as T-SQL and PL/SQL, and utilizing a firm
understanding of the underlying data.Experience working with
cloud/on-prem and hybrid cloud solutionsDefine version control
procedures and assist in managing all environments and code
releases on each.Studying data sources by interviewing users;
defining, analyzing, and validating data objects; identifying the
relationship among data objectsPassionate to understand complex
systems and develop a comprehensive integration strategy is
essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability
to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Be able
to work with non-technical audiences to collect and define
requirements.Excellent analytical and problem determination skills
with the ability to find and solve issues.Demonstrated experience
writing unit test procedures and documenting test results to ensure
software system requirements are met.Demonstrated experience using
and supporting integration and communications technologies between
applications, databases and technology platforms.Effective working
with outside vendors and service providers to achieve business
objectives and long-term partnerships.Manage business expectations,
set realistic goals with stakeholders and deliver themExperience in
