About this role:The Product Management Senior Manager is responsible for product-market fit - connecting product functionality to customer need. This includes managing the product throughout the product life-cycle, gathering customer and business insights, conducting product discovery, working closely with Product Owners to deliver value, and articulating product value propositions to customers. It also includes working with cross-functional partners to ensure that revenue, customer satisfaction goals and other outcomes are defined, validated and met in alignment with the business's overall strategy and goals.In this role, you will:

  • Directly or indirectly manage and develop product owners, analysts and contributors leading product strategy
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
  • Lead product discovery, including customer insights through primary and secondary research, business analytics, competitive dynamics, technology trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive envisioning of customer experience in partnership with in-house or third-party design resources, including developing customer journey maps and UI/UX wireframes
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
  • Interact directly with vendors as well as help the business conduct build v. buy analyses.
  • Track and report on performance metrics and key performance indicators, leading to success on the overarching objectives and key results
  • Formulate product positioning, and lead the articulation of product value propositions to customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and understood
  • Manage operational implementation in partnership with change management, sales and operations teams
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • 3+ years of Management experienceDesired Qualifications:
      • Customer centricity; obsessed with putting the customer first in product development
      • Experience working with digital teams to define customer journey maps and UI/UX wireframes
      • Experience developing product discovery and product value propositions
      • Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
      • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
      • Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
      • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
      • Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
      • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
      • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
      • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Experience working in an Agile setting/structure

        • Ability to travel up to 10% Locations: This role will need to sit in a posted market (Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Raleigh, NC & Chandler, AZ) and has the flexibility to work from home twice a week.
