    As a UX Manager you will manage a team of UX designers focused on building the next wave of innovative products and services. UX Manager will be partnering with R&D Product and Technology leaders to define and drive high quality design deliverables across the product design initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide UX program oversight of all the R&D innovation space initiatives
  • Lead a group of UX designers, inspire and mentor them, serve as a champion of their work, guide them, and elevate their efforts to the next level
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, product, and technical leaders to gain alignment and shared understanding of the product vision and key goals
  • Contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future of the 7-Eleven customer experience
  • Partner with key stakeholders, product, and technical leaders to gain alignment and shared understanding of the product around its vision and key goals
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and articulate risks, trade-offs, and recommend priorities based on balancing customer needs, business needs and technical constraints
  • Gather feedback from others, and provide coaching and mentoring of direct reports
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Creative problem solver who leans into collaboration to create delightful experiences
    • Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and leadership expectations
    • Strong expertise of the user-centered design process, methods, principles, and skills
    • Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of Agile, Lean UX and Mobile First
    • Proficient in all areas of UX design including interaction design information architecture, visual design prototyping and user research
    • Experience working on a product from inception to shipment
    • Solid proficiency in design, prototyping and collaboration tools including Sketch, Figma, Adobe suite, and Miro
    • Degree will preferably be in HCI or Computer Science. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree
