Safety and Soundness is part of the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology Engineering Risk & Controls and Transformation organization. Safety and Soundness (S) provides services and products to technology ensuring the oversight and execution of application security and technology governance, risk and compliance. As a member of S, you will be an integral member of the Engineering Risk & Controls and Transformation organization. S collaborates with other technology, risk and controls, and business leaders to identify and propose solutions that ensure strict adherence to Citi policies, standards, and regulatory commitments.Manager will lead a team of engineers who will oversee the execution of the oversee the execution of information security requirements and serve as Identity Access Management experts by defining solutions that can be used by application development team to be compliant to the security requirements. The role is to support businesses and functions in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Citi's information resources and assets.Candidate for the role should be able demonstrate and develop a strong working relationship with businesses and be responsible for stakeholder management, execution of IS activities, and remediation and reporting of IS risks.Responsibilities Demonstrate the ability to attract senior talent and multiple functions from inside and outside of company. Teach others how to set high organizational performance standards, determine performance measures and goals and establish a leadership bar. This will require the ability to facilitate understanding of broader organizational tenets and strategic goals for departmentRecognize trends for larger-scale development needs within and across teams and builds plans to develop skills. Share talent development best practices across organizationAudit department goals to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and that these goals are aligned with and accountable for department performance against goalsDevelop and communicate department vision that supports the broader organizational vision; ensure team culture consistently demonstrates alignment with leadership principles; and visibly ties department decisions to leadership principles and tenetsLead the team of engineers manage identity management, define integrations requirements, and oversee system access process and procedureManage a team of Engineering leads to plan, monitor, and deliver on Security and Access initiatives.Design, implement, and monitor technical controls focused on access management solutions for a varied and complex service portfolio.Build relationships and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product areas as well as Security, Privacy, Legal, and Engineering.Coordinate with CISO team to facilitate security needs, objectives, and IncidentsMonitor technical risk landscape and identify emerging/future risks.Actively participate in the hiring process as well as mentor others - improving their skills, their knowledge of your software, and their ability to get things doneQualifications:10+ years of relevant experience software development with 6+ years of experience in IAM.Understanding of identity lifecycle management solutions Privilege accounts lifecycle management solutions including managed services and implementation knowledge of products (such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Centrify) An understanding of access control concepts including directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI Experience in ServiceNow, ITSM tool, ITIL v3 frameworkSignificant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.Has thrived and succeeded in delivering high quality technology products / services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly.Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.First-class leadership and influencing skills, including experience managing a Tech TeamDemonstrated interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop product management talent.Education:Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferredCISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL or other relevant certification desiredJob Family Group: TechnologyJob Family:Digital Software EngineeringTime Type:Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
